Where can I get my gas delivered?
Wherever you'd like with our service area...home, work, school, gym, sports complex- you name it! Click the Service Locations tab for our current listing of service areas.
What time can I schedule a delivery?
Appointments are available 7 days a week, hours vary by service area. We are closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas in all markets.
How do you find my car?
Our driver will go to the address you provided (add notes to help out our drivers). If we are having trouble locating your vehicle, we will reach out by phone. We will verify your vehicle information before pumping each trip.
How do you access my fuel tank?
Simply pop open your vehicle's fuel door when you place your order or wait for the reminder message letting you know our driver is on the way to your location.
What does this service cost?
Every gallon pumped is priced at the lowest market rate (no membership required) within 3 miles of your delivery location - no more searching! Four monthly deliveries, per vehicle, are included with a monthly subscription or if you are an on-demand customer a delivery fee will be added to the cost of fuel each trip. Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Each service location runs promotions from time to time. Click the Service Locations tab and select your area for more information.
How do I pay and get my receipt?
All payments are made within the Fuel2U app or web-based platform and processed through our partner Stripe or Wix. Both are a secure platform used around the world.
Is there a cancellation/no access fee?
If you cancel your order before our driver is in route, no problem! However, if in route or if your car isn't accessible when we arrive, you will be charged the delivery fee. See your service area for pricing.
What types of fuel do you deliver and what is the source of the fuel?
We offer Regular, Premium and Diesel. We source all fuel options from the same suppliers as your local retail stations, so you can expect the same high-quality performance. We also have DEF!
Do you service fleets and equipment?
Yes and yes! Please email or text us for information. Note fleets are considered 5 or more vehicles/machines.
